Conan O'Brien

He's not just a funny interviewer and talk-show host. Many people attribute "The Simpsons" success to Conan. The 49-year-old was a writer and producer on the show from '91 to '93.

I think the singer "Jewel" also attributes her success to Conan.  At the time she performed on his show she was living in her van.  After her appearance on his show, her career sky rocketed.
