The show, produced by Ryan Seacrest Production, will focus on the British pop band as the five young men -- Max George, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes, Siva Kaneswaran and Tom Parker -- move to the Hollywood Hills in order to record their third album. The Wanted boys will live together and "taken on all that LA has to offer," according to the press release for the show.
How does Lindsay Lohan fit into this? If you believe at least some of the tabloid reports, Lohan may be dating (or not) singer Max George. Assuming that there is any truth to this, the actress may just make an appearance in "The Wanted Life."
E! president Suzanne Kolb explained the official reasoning behind the pickup of "The Wanted Life":
"The rock star lifestyle is something that everyone has fantasized about and The Wanted are giving viewers total access into their world as they live out this dream. This series is a perfect blend of music, bromance and superstardom chronicling the lives of one of music's biggest groups as they continue to make their mark on the global stage."
