Did someone spike the Hollywood water with diva juice?
According to the New York Post, Tara Reid pulled her own "don't you know who I am" act last week at All Saints in L.A. She was supposedly there to get an outfit for Coachella, but demanded a discount "because of her fame," a spy said. When employees denied her the discount, she reportedly "began to scream at them and was escorted out."
A rep for the American Pie star told Page Six Tara gets a huge discount with All Saints in the UK and Paris "because she's a walking billboard for them." They told the L.A. store they get a discount, and the store reportedly said they'd e-mail the press team.
Tara was in a dressing room, the rep said, when a salesperson told them they had been declined. "Tara didn't think it made sense and asked them to check again," the rep said. The store offered to hold Tara's items for her but she left empty-handed. The rep added that Tara was not drunk, and anyone who suggests otherwise — like one of the sources in the story — "is not Team Tara."
Maybe she was just drunk on discounts? Celebs get so many items on the cheap, or even for free — for publicity or "walking billboard" purposes — that they just get used to it. It's OK to break out your own credit card now and then!
