Check Out Neil Patrick Harris' New $3.6 Million Harlem Home (PHOTOS)
This place is legen — wait for it, and pray you could ever pay for it — dary!
Neil Patrick Harris and his fiancé David Burtka reportedly bought this $3.6 million brownstone located at West 125th and 126th streets in Harlem.
As Stefon might put it, this place has everything — five stories, 8,000-square-feet, 12 rooms, 5 beds/5 baths, an exercise room, a backyard, two terraces, and a chef's kitchen.
It's gorgeous, but still kinda real and livable — as opposed to Tom and Gisele's 22,000-square-foot palace in Brentwood.
Neil and David had been planning this L.A.-to-NYC move for a while, they just had to wait until Neil was finished filming the ninth and final season of How I Met Your Mother.
"Our plan is to reroute ourselves and have our kids start to go to school here," Neil told Us Weekly in NYC back in April. "We're at that age where we need to figure out where our kids are going to be educated. Then we hope that work finds us."
Their kids — 2-year-old twins Harper and Gideon — should like that Marcus Garvey Park is located nearby in Central Harlem.
"Neil is very happy with their new home," a source recently told Us Weekly. "They know the area well since they've been staying in Harlem for years so it feel less and less like a move."
