Casey Anthony to be questioned about daughter's disappearance in defamation lawsuit

Casey Anthony is in legal trouble again.
An attorney says he will take Anthony's deposition as part of a defamation lawsuit his client Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez has filed against her, the Huffington Post reports.
Fernandez-Gonzalez claims she was defamed when Anthony told detectives that a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee when the detectives were investigating her 2008 disappearance.
Caylee's body was found later and Anthony was charged and later acquitted of the girl's slaying.
Anthony's attorney has said that details Anthony offered about the accused babysitter did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and clearly showed Anthony wasn't talking about her, but the questioning is set for October.
