For 2000 years doctors looked at the world through the filter (belief) that 'bleeding was therapeutic'. Not until the general education of the public lead people to rebel against this mistake was it corrected. Today many look at the world through the belief that 'vaccines work'. ....

Well, I helped out with a clinic at our school on Monday. All I can say is that every nurse double checked that every student had all their slips filled out properly. And there was a volunteer checking them at the door before they even go to the nurses. They did a great job.

I wish that I could. :( It was my plan to do that and be a stay at home mom until my husband left.
Now if only I could find some rich guy to support us... lol

I have some experience with accidental vaccination.. and it made me so upset I left that particular dr.s office, even though he came highly recomended, and the staff was very friendly.
I educated myself very well on which vaccinations I wanted my son to be given, and though I didn't like some of them we are using most... just not all, and I've been very good about letting the dr and nurses know which ones we want and which we don't.
I didn't want the flu shot, or the swine flu, and that is going over pretty well,
but I also asked for them to delay the Heb B shot, I didn't get it until I was 18 there is no reason to give it to an infant... and they 'accidentally' gave it to him anyway, and in that same shot they gave him the DTAP, which I had decided to do seperatly and he had been given it the week before. You can't tell me that sort of information isn't in their records. We did the DTAP one week and would come in for the rest the following week, and on his third and final one it seemed everything was going fine and I told them "again" about which ones we were expecting, and when I looked at his records afterward he had been given a mixed vaccination with both Heb B and DTAP... I was TICKED OFF...
we have a new dr, she is paranoid about giving him the wrong vaccinations, and sometimes I have to wait especially long before I can see her because she doesn't want the nurse to give the wrong ones and wants to see Caeden herself and talk it over with me. But I think the extra wait is worth it.

I don't want my kids getting the shot. The clnic for our schools is in a few weeks and I told my boys to say "Don't Touch Me and Call my mom!" if they attempt to give them the shot. I will be highlighting the part where it says NO I don't want them getting the shots and keeping a copy for my records now since seeing the "mistakes" being made in other districts.
