Well, I know it's nothing extravagant, and I also know I was supposed to wait till after Thanksgiving.
But, it's what we've got to work with, and we're adding to our collection every year (this is our second Christmas). And I couldn't wait anyway.
Here's Christmas last year:

And this year (haven't wrapped the presents yet):

I want to see your Christmas's from over the years!

I will have everything done but the tree this afternoon. We are going to wait and do the tree on Monday when we get back from our Thanksgiving travels. Your decorating looks great by the way.
This is our house last year. We moved over the summer into a house thats 3 times as big so I can't wait to decorate this year.

Thanks ladies!!
Since we're in Georgia, I wanted to go with the country-rustic theme. And since the women in my family always had this thing with collecting Christmas stuff (my grandmother - Santa's, my mother - villages), I figured I'd pick snowmen...but with a handmade look.
It looks so neat at night, because we have these warm yellow spotlights aimed at the fireplace. The pinecones and a couple of the snowmen glitter and sparkle under the lights.
I love Christmas. Especially Christmas-decorating. Love it love it love it. Nobody's house looks messy or poorly put together when they have it decorated for Christmas, you know?
