It's 9:34 AM and I am hungry... I don't want to get down the waffle maker and all that... the kids already ate breakfast this morning... and I just pre-heated the oven so I can have chocolate chip cookies for breakfast....
I ususally eat at night so I figure if I eat it now... at least I have all day to burn it off.
cheese cake... perfect for breakfast.
you know.. i like breakfast for dinner! lol

Sounds good to me!
I have always wondered why if pancakes w/ syrup, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, etc..are acceptable breakfast items, then what is wrong with cake, pie, ice cream, cookies, etc?? lol
Breakfast for dinner is really the only way I like breakfast foods. Most breakfast foods are too heavy for me first thing in the morning. Mmmmm...biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles, French Toast.... we may be having breakfast for dinner tonight.

I see nothing wrong with it. LOL People eat donuts for breakfast and that's like eating cake. I eat chocolate fudge poptarts for breakfast, every day...so that's not much different than having some cookies!! You are completely JUSTIFIED!! LOL
Terri
I had 2 of last nights leftover brownie for breakfast but chocolate cookies sounds way better.
