Do you say pop or soda?

Do you call your third daily meal dinner or supper?

Are there any other words you use that other people use different words for?  Like sofa and davenport?  Or porch and stoop?

I actually say coke.. Even if its a Pepsi. lol.

I call the third meal of the day dinner.. First time I heard supper I about fell outa my chair. lol.

I can't think of any other words.. But I associated porches with the South and stoops with the North. Dont know why. lol.

i usually just say the name of the drink I want. I guess I would say soda though. dinner, couch, porch. I can't think of anymore right now.

I say couch and porch.  I say creek and not "crick" aaand I can't think of anything else. :) lol.

Exact opposite for me... I've always considered "stoop' a southern word and "porch" a northern word, lol.

What most of my cousins make fun of me for.. I say yall.. Probably the ONLY southern type talk that you'll hear come outa my mouth.. Most of my family is from either NY or MA and they say you's. When I say "yall" they just start to laugh and call me a southern chick. lol.
