Can gold and sliver look good together??? Fashion question

 I was wondering if wearing both  gold and sliver jewelry  would be ok or tacky? Example, rings. Just want your thoughts.

Well there aren't supposed to be rules anymore. Wear what looks good & what you like. I see people wearing black & brown together.You can have a red or yellow purse with nothing else red or yellow on.

The only gold I wear is my wedding rings, I wear one ring on my other had that is silver....I dont find that tacky, but if you wear gold earrings with a gold necklace I think that looks kinds weird!!!

I have a yellow gold crucifix on a yellow gold chain & a longer platinum chain with a diamond & I wear them together. Everyone always thinks the platinum is silver until they feel how heavy it is.  I also have a stainless TAG watch that I wear with a pink face.  I don't think anythings wrong with it, but I'm no fashion plate.  LOL

I see a ton of jewelry where they mix the two metals together.  Check out Lia Sophia products and you'll find it mixed together.

I think it looks fine as long as it isn't excessive...you were talking about rings...if you were to wear one or two rimgs of one color and one ring of the other I think that would look fine.

I sale Premier Designs and gold and silver are worn together all the time and can look real nice together!

whoever believes that it is tacky is old school now a days there are no silly rules aka why so many pieces of jewelry mix them!

whatever you do...JUST don't wear WHITE before Memorial day or after Labor day....some things just are meant to stay in the fashion rule book! LOL

I got a gold and sliver ring for xmas that both mean alot to me, one was my moms and one my mom brought me that was suppose to be from my son ( it was his 1st x-mas). Thats what i mean, one on each hand..i don't think that tacky...a friend of mine was the one that said it was tacky.

 So i was  just wondering what other ladies thought.

If you are too worried about appearing tacky, wear a two-tone watch or necklace to link the rings to. I have done that before. I had a silver and a gold ring that I wanted to wear so I put on the two-tone necklace and went on with my day :)
