Here are some, I'll go get more lol

  • I had to teach myself how to cook since my mother HATED cooking.

    Cheesy Celery Sticks
    Ingredients
Celery, washed and cut into 3-4 inch pieces
    5 oz gorganzola cheese
    5 oz cream cheese
    chives

Mix together cheeses until well blended. Fill celery with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped chives

    Crock Pot Meatballs
    Ingredients;
    1 bag frozen meatballs
1 16 oz bottle of catalina dressing
    1 cup orange marmalade
    2T worchestire sauce
    1/8 crushed red pepper

Put the meatballs in the crock. Mix the last 4 ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours, until heated through

  • Baked Chicken:
    4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup milk

Place chicken in a baking dish. Mix together soups and milk, pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes, until juices run clear. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. (recipe can be doubled and amount of soups can be mixed and matched)

    Strawberry Trifle:
1 store bought angel food cake, cut into cubes
    2 pints strawberries
    1 tub cool whip
    1 box vanilla pudding
    1 cup milk

The night before, slice strawberries and place in bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix together milk and pudding, refrigerate for 5 minutes. Fold in cool whip. In a trifle bowl or large glass bowl layer cake cubes, strawberries and pudding mixture, creating 2 or 3 layers of each.

Meatballs and noodles:

Take a bag of frozen meatballs and cover them with a jar or 2 of alfredo sauce. Either let cook in the crockpot until the meatballs are heated, or simmer in a pan until heated through. Serve over egg noodles.

Creamy Chicken and Bisciuts:

4C cooked, chopped chicken ( great recipe for leftover chicken, or I cut up chicken breast and fry it until no longer pink)
1 medium onion, chopped
2T butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1c sour cream
1c milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( or more to your liking)
1 can refrigerated buscuits, unbaked

Saute onion in butter until brown. In a bowl, mix together chicken, onion, soup, milk, and sour cream. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese. Place biscuits on top of cheese and sprinkle with more cheese ( I usually use about 4 cups). Bake for 15 more minutes, until buscuits are brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Here's another one for enchiladas:

1 16 oz jar chunky salsa
3/4 C Mayo
4c cooked chicken, diced
8 to 10 8 inch flour tortillas
16 oz package shredded colby jack cheese

mix together salsa and mayo, stir in chicken. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla: sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese and roll up. Place tortillas seam side down in a greased 13X9 inch baking pan. Spoon remaining mixture evenly over top of tortillas. SPrinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

3 envelope chicken:

chicken breasts
1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 packet dry italian dressing
1 packet dry chicken gravy
1 cup water

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Mix together seasonings and water. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. If more gravy is desired, you can double the water.

Sometimes with this one, I will shred the chicken after its cooked and serve it on buns.

This is for a crock pot-

To Die for Roast

1 roast, 1 pkg of brown gravy mix, 1 pkg of italian dressing, 1 pkg of ranch dressing, 1/2 cup water.

Put the roast in the crock pot. Mix together all the dry ingredients and place ON the roast. Add the Water AROUND the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. DO NOT add more water, it will make a lot of juice you can use for gravy. Excellent with mashed potatoes!

Just ignore this I am adding a bunch of recipes on here and adding it to my bookmarks because I have no where to save them.  Unless you want to make it of course!

1 1/4 c Bisquick
 1/4 c butter, softened
 2 T very hot water
 1 lb Italian pork sausage
 1/2 bell pepper, diced
 2 c Alfredo sauce
 1 c mozzarella cheese
 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 can Italian style diced tomatoes, drained
 Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray bottom of 8 inch square pan. In bowl, stir Bisquick, butter and water until dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Brown sausage in skillet, drain and add bell pepper and cook another 5 minutes. Spread sausage mixture over crust. Spread alfredo over sausage. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with tomatoes and then mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a few pinches of Italian seasonings over top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown.

Mississippi Sin

1 French Bread or Italian Bread Loaf (the wider the better)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c chopped ham (or shredded chicken or ground beef or sausage)

½ c chopped green onions
1 8 oz sour cream
1 8 oz cream cheese
¼ c green chopped green chilies
few jalepenos

Hollow out the loaf of bread by cutting the top of loaf and removing it (try to keep in one piece and don't discard --this is placed back on top).
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Scoop into the bread-place top back on and wrap in foil two times. Bake at 325° for 1 hr 20 minutes.

Serve with chips, crackers, tortillas.

Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
1 12oz Box Jumbo Shells (I used Ronzoni)*
1 24oz Container 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese or Ricotta Cheese, whichever you prefer. i use cottage.
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 10oz box frozen spinach, thawed and drained really well

2 lbs of lean ground beef, browned and rinsed of fat.
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
a few dashes of hot sauce (optional but we like a little kick at our house)
1  1/2 jars of good quality spaghetti sauce or about 6 cups if  make your own.  here is a GREAT recipe if you wanna make it (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/marinara-sauce-recipe2/index.html)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook your shells according to the package directions, careful not to overcook. Mushy pasta is bad. Drain. Pat shells dry. This will keep your dish from getting watery.

Meanwhile, brown your meat in a skillet and then rinse and drain it.

In a bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, drained spinach (be sure to really squeeze your spinach so that it is not full of water), cooked ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce.
