Its a load of crap.  God bless Virginia for working on passing laws that will prevent our residents who can't afford insurance from facing fines of up to 2.5% of their income.  They are working on a bill that will make it illegal to find our residents for failure to carry insurance.  Of course, that doesn't help the fact that this bill could pull funding from local hospitals and could potentially harm the local children's hospital.  That sounds like a GREAT idea.  <------- sarcasm

 I thought just the no funding for abortions passed not the health care yet but I haven't check up on it in a while.
