Hey ladies, the program I'm in for paralegal is accredited by the american bar association and they dictate everything we do...  (Its pretty cool, they are trying it out in a few colleges and seeing if its something they will begin to require)

Anyway, I have to write briefs which I HATE doing more than anything.  I'm not good at translating and interpreting legal mombo jumbo from old cases.

I used to work in a law office for a few years (criminal and juvenile) as a clerk and never once had to do a brief.  Is this something I can expect in any other field (tax, corporate law etc) or is it just one of those things that they teach you in school that you never do again?

Also, if you have a few free mintues, wanna look over the one I just did?  Its less than a page.

Having a bad day?  Come vent here WITHOUT the drama of the other groups!
