Birthday Party Menu. Opinions?

Molly's party theme is Strawberry Shortcake... her favorite movie, toys, and dolls... and here is the menu I think I am have planned. Molly does not eat meat AT ALL (I know, and she isn't even 2... worlds youngest self proclai,ed vegetarian, lol) so I included some of her favorite salads plus she loves strawberries.

The party will be at a small private lake in our community. They have grills but I am doing burgers and BBQ chicken sammies for Liam's party 3 weeks after Molly's so I didn't want everything to be similiar... Molly does not have many friends yet so it will only be 15 adults and 6 children (3 of whom are Molly's age... one is an infant and 2 are older than my kids)

WHAT DO YOU THINK? Too much, not enough... suggestions?

Appetizers
Chips and Dip
Veggie Tray

Main Meal
Fried Chicken (boneless chicken tenders for the toddlers)
Potato Salad
Pasta Salad (vinaigrette based, not mayo based)
Coleslaw
Rolls w/ butter

Dessert
Strawberry Shortcake
Vanilla Ice Cream with choice of Chocolate or Strawberry Sauce

Beverages
Punch with a ring of assorted fruits
Iced Tea and Water

Where's the veggie protein?  That's the only thing I noticed, since she doesn't eat meat.  Sounds like a really nice spread tho.
