I am making chicken tacos. I mixed some corn oil, a dash of vinegar, salt, cumin, chipotle powder & poultry seasoning.  I drizzled some honey, mixed it good and poured it over boneless skinless chicken breasts.  I'll have dh grill it. I just finished makeing refried beans(it's pretty easy). So we'll put all that with green peppers in a tortilla.

Salad on the side with vinegar & oil.  Radishes & cucumbers will round it out.

My kids will have to have sandwiches for tonight. I have strep throat, an ear infection in BOTH ears, and a totally messed up knee. I don't feel like making anything 2nite.

Roast that's been cooking in the crock pot all day.  I usually make roasted potatoes and carrots to go with but it's to hot to turn the oven on so we are having mashed potatoes and green beans instead.
