What is the worst/most unhealthy food you can admit letting your kids eat?

Ionno... I let her have McDonalds french fries once, I suppose that's the worst.

The worst thing I let Shannon eat...Peantu Butter and Fluff sandwiches

*edited because yes there were occasions I would feed her "fast" foods but not often

I'm the same with fast food, maybe once a month of two months.

I've let them eat microwaved frozen chicken nuggets a few times when I came home super late from work. Bad, I know...

Drinking fetuses is unhealthy? I thought they had a lot of protein.  I always let my kids eat food from damaged and broken containers.  It builds up their immune system.

:)

We use to let our kids eat fast foods, more than I was comfortable with.

Now it's a once every 3 month treat and ONLY Chickfila. I've researched and it's a lot better than McDonald's, Burger King..etc.
