Do you stay at birthday parties (of younger kids) that your kids are invited to?

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

"Oppression of spirit is not on the public school curriculum. Rather, it's a noxious by-product produced while stewing schooling in a pot w/ unions, administrators, multi-billion dollar budgets, state education departments, and school boards, then letting politicians control the heat." Linda Dobson

"When you want to teach children to think, you begin by treating them seriously when they are little, giving them responsibilities, talking to them candidly, providing privacy and solitude for them, and making them readers and thinkers of significant thoughts from the beginning. That's *if* you want to teach them to think." ~ Bertrand Russell

yes - but as they get older I wont if it's a drop off type party....just depends.

i've had friends drop off bc they have several kids and only 1 of them was invited - like my son's parties are for laser tag, the smaller sibs can't do it so she drops off the eldest. i wouldn't mind in this case. it really depends on the type of party it is, whether the other sibling is invited, and whether I am personal friend with the parents.

there is no 1 answer for this Q...kwim?

I do. My daughter is only five. I'd feel bad for the hosting parents if they were left with a bunch of unattended children!

What age?  School age no one ever stayed and I didn't either.  Preschool it depended.  If it was a huge place like chuck e cheese, yes I would expect.  A home, it wouldn't matter.  Some Mom's just don't like to leave their kids at any age anywhere.
