Drama at Work

So I found out that almost everyone on my team at work got together and decided to go to HR on our boss, but didn't include me. I really like my boss. I don't want her to think I was in on this. Would it be totally sucking up if I told her that? Do I owe any loyalty to my teammates?

Why did they go in on your boss? I'd honestly just let it ride. If it comes up say something, if not ignore it.

went to HR over work flow and work assignment issues, but they made it sound like everything was completely her fault. They have no suggestions on how to make anything better.

Eh, I'd let it play out... And not say anything at the moment.

If you talk to your boss, she could possibly view it as you a*s kissing...and your coworkers could start drama if they found out.

Ha! Sounds like my job. Only my boss is a he, not a she. Lol

Let it ride out.

Ditto with everyone else. Lay low and let it play out.

I wouldn't say anything unless asked.  If HR comes to you, give them your side.

This. And it's childish that they went about issues but had no ideas on how to make anything better.
