Just talked to one of my best friends and her sister that was 52 died in her sleep last night. I am just so shocked, I can't imagine for the life of me how she feels. Both our Dad's died from heart attacks.

The autopsy results were released today. My friends sister died from acute severe emphysema. She never smoked, wasn't really around 2nd hand smoke either. I read online that 10% of emphysema is caused by hereditary genes, and it had NOTHING to do with smoke at all. I guess she fell in that category. She had no real issues to speak of but had just gotten over bronchitis. I am sure that was related to her death as well. At least they have an answer but it doesn't give them any peace.
