A weeks worth for 7 people for only 80 dollars?

 

EDIT: WITH NO PREMADE FOODS OR CANNED FOODS.

 

He also was including ALL pullup diapers, wipes, soaps needed like laundry soap, tissues, tp any of that ctap.

 

BTW I ended up speinding 130

I tried couponing once, omg I spent way more than I would have if I had bought my usual groceries!!  There must be a fine science to it??

Yeah.

Check sales, plan meals around sales & coupons. Make a list, stick to it.

LOL we go through 20 in milk alone.  A gallon of whole milk a day.

Yes, in a pinch you could make that work every now and then.  Thats not a sustainable budget because you wont be able to afford things like fresh produce or good quality meats, but if you have found yourself between a financial rock and a hard place $80 would keep 7 peoples bellies full for a week.   

This list/menu assumes that you have NOTHING in your kitchen but a pot to piss in (LOL).  My reccoemdation would be to go through and pick out all the things that you already have, or could substitute and spend that money on extra dairy and/or fresh produce.
