Ladies, I need a really good, but really simple chicken recipe.
I'm cooking for 6 people, and a few people, including myself, prefer boneless and skinless so it needs to be a recipe that works with boneless/skinless chicken.
I have thought of a couple of recipes but  I really would like to try something different this time.
Thanks in advance!

I like to saute the chicken in garlic then add a can of chicken stock let it simmer for a little bit then add a container of chive and onion cream cheese. Mix it together and it makes this creamy sauce, yum. I either serve it like that or cut it in strips before coking and serve it over bowtie pasta.

Sorry I can't make it clicky. I use this recipe for chicken pot pie, with a few changes. Instead of celery, I use a package of sliced button mushrooms and sauté them with the onions. I also usually use 2 cups of fzn mixed veggies instead of the carrots and peas. I use the Walmart brand premade pie crusts that are by te cookie dough (I actually think they taste better than pilsbury) and can usually get two pies instead of one out of the recipe.
