CafeMom is excited to announce a way we're featuring many of our terrific moms. Selected moms (now including some of our very CafeMom staff members!) will respond to our "Mom of the Day" interview questions, and their interviews will then be posted in the group that they spend the most time in.

Our current featured mom, MrsP523, frequents the November 2010 Babies group.

1. What has been your defining moment as a mom so far?

Seeing my older daughter graduate from Kindergarten. I could not stop the tears from flowing. She is a "big kid" now.

2. What group do you most frequently hang out in on CafeMom?

November 2010 babies. This was the first group I joined on CafeMom and is my "home" group. These ladies have become a real part of my life.

3. What do you like most about CafeMom?

I like being able to socialize with other moms who go through the same things I do in parenting and life.

4. A mom's spare time is precious (if it exists at all!). How do you spend yours? (Aside from on CafeMom, of course.)

Shopping, reading, spending time with my husband and friends

5. What are your favorites:
Book: Fabulosity: What it is and How to get it by Kimora Lee Simmons
Movie: Holiday Heart
Song: 3 X 5 by John Mayer
Food: Seafood especially crabs (I am a Marylander)
Place to travel to: Disney World

6. Which celebrity mom would you most like to hang out with, and why?

Kimora Lee Simmons, because we both live very busy lives as moms, wives and working women.  We both are hands on moms, enjoy working and are both May babies.

7. If you could give a new mom one piece of advice, what would it be?

Savor every moment with your baby.. because time goes by so fast

8. If you had to choose, what single word best sums you up?

Energetic

9. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? And if you work, what's your job?

I wanted to be a singer when I was a little girl.  I work full time as a social worker in a hospice organization.

10. If you could trade places with any one person for a day, who would it be?

Kimora Lee

Now answer her question for YOU:

What would you do if you won a million dollars?

i would put money away for my kids college and some money to have for them when they grow up. i would then start a no kill shelter, pay off all my debt, give to the aspca, and open my own vet office.

If I won a million dollars.... I would buy a house, help my family (I have adult children) and find the best doc for a tummy tuck and recover in my new house.  I've had many operations for cancer and my scars cause me to be very insecure about myself.

I like the sound of tummy tuck! I would love to have one as well.  God bless you and your cancer struggle. You sound like a strong woman.

In the terms of a reality statement, "I would buy thirty acres of land, in the mountain country. I would build a three story house, with a Victorian Mansion Type appeal. I would make the foliage area, such of tree's and fenced area. With, a barn, and a second two story three bedroom small house with the same apeal, for the occupancy  for company, or on property platonic workers.  I love animals. I Love certain breed horse's.  After, about, 800,000.00 would be spent. I would invest in my careers, to turn over the money to keep the place, in taxes and property mantenacy.  I feel, love of worth of environment is the best medicine to feeling full in the heart, and mind, and, a good den, to have quiet moments to endulge into my professions in my careers.  Thank you.  For giving the question to answer:  Lori Anne Perry - Pregnant with triplets.
