Eyebrow threading?

Hey ladies, saw this place in the mall that does eyebrow threading and I've always either plucked my own or got them waxed but thought maybe this would be cool since it takes it from the root. Anyone do this? Does it hurt? Does it last long?

DH does mine. This is the preferred hair removal method where he is from, lol.
He just takes the hair from my semi "unibrow" and it lasts as long as plucking.

I don't think I understand, are you saying he plucks them? Because you said he takes the hair...?? lol

It hurts but it's worth it if the person doing it does a nice job... And it lasts longer than plucking. No pain no gain :)

I feel the same way. I wax all the time. This was horrible!! My eyebrows were red for 4 days!! And she took off alot more than she needed to! She told me to come back in a few weeks and she would take off more!! Ummm no!

You asked who has for it done. I have, DH does it to me. You asked how long it lasts, it lasts as long as it would if I plucked it....

Agreed but then again I'm also allergic to waxing and end up in hives.

I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.

I'm scared to try it. I don't want them to mess it up.

Go look at some videos on YouTube and you'll see how it's done. Basically, it's another form of plucking.

I've had it done. Takes a while to do, hurts but lasts longer than wax.
