I need some help!

 my face has been looking kinda dull..

I need something to give me that youthful glow again, any tips??

dont use soap, dont smoke, dont drink, stay out of the sun, use as few chemicals as possible,

All that gypsy rose said, but a once a week sugar and olive oil scrub will also be good for your skin.

Water water water!
you could try taking fish oil. Exfoliate with a scrub with round beads. (microbeads) You could try a night cream, I'm sure Olay has a refreshing type one.

My mother is 63 and only uses water to was her face. washes can be drying. she looks awsome for her age. She will use oilvolay spelling wrong i know. but she only used the stuff for wrinkles.

My mom uses oil of Olay too!

She looks amazing.
