1 bottle of catalina french dressing

1 bottle of your favorite barbque sauce

1 onion thinly sliced.

Layer the onions in the bottom of the crockpot.  Add the roast.  Mix the dressing and sauce together and pour over the roast.  Cook on low 8-10 hours.  Remove the meat to a platter, shred, and return to the sauce.  Stir it together and let it sit for about 30  minutes.  Makes the yummiest shredded pork sandwiches!!

I do everything the easy way.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
1 pkg. brown gravy/pork gravy - you're choice.
Mix it up (it should be 1 pkg for 1 cup water.)
Pour half of the mixture over the pork.
Cook on slow all day - Once in the afternoon, baste it with the gravy at the bottom. Do it again about 1/2 hour before taking it out.
When you take it out, you should let it rest for atleast a good 10 minutes for the juices to redistribute. We usually have mashed potatoes and beans on the side.
