Wicked cool!! My kids were amazed. Love the picture
It was cloudy here. I got to see a larger than normal moon that was quickly covered by clouds. Then the coyotes began to howl in my yard. Shortly after they stopped (and I got DD calmed down because her brother told her that the coyotes probably got a cat) it began hailing like I've never seen or heard. It was an interesting evening to say the least.
Yes! I live in Atlanta and it looked like the moon was sitting on top of our neighbor's house across the street. It was huge and gorgeous! I took a picture, but it was just a bright spot in a sea of black... really hate my camera sometimes. LOL .... The kids loved it. We let them stay up late so that they could see it.
Dh bought a new app last night callled Star Chart so Dh, myself and my oldest were having a blast checking out what constellations we could see from our house last night. I was on my phone, Lilly had Dh's phone and Heath had his tablet. We saw Saturn, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Pluto, Pollux and Castor, a unicorn, sea serpent, dragon, major bear, minor bear and more! It is a very cool app. Lilly and I can't wait to see what we can see at my mom's in FL in 2 weeks.

I saw it.. it would've looked a lot better had I been at my parents house in the country.. I was at my apartment in the city, but it still looked pretty cool!
We went out last night to see it, and were VERY disapointed it wasnt anything special imo. Just a full moon. Im in OR i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
