Yes, I'm an adult. We take separate vacations alot, and I travel frequently for various appointments.

my dh gets up and leaves around 5 6am and dosent get home untill about 8 then its dinner and bed around 10. weekends is what we get together.i miss him alot but we do get to talk alot on the phone.

That's pretty much how our marriage alway has been since I had DD.

This is how we live.  And for 8 months we only saw each other on the weekends.  Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do to pay the bills.

Im lucky if I see him most days at all. He works alot of hours so that I can stay home with DD. It tough sometimes but it is what it is... we do what we have to do for our family. Been like this for the past 4 years or so...

Been there done that for my kids first year of life. DH worked 12 hour night shifts, and attended college full time during the day, while we were raising new born twins.  On the times he was off, one oor both of us was trying to catch up on sleep.

It's hard, but we made it through.
