I don't know if it is ingestion or what But I keep getting VERY painful sharp stabbing pain in the area of the sternum. any ideas ladies? if yu think ingestion besides tums or crap like that what do you use to get rid of the pains?

The month of May is the Nerofibromatosis awarness month. 

One of the major signs are cafe au lait spots (flat brown spots on the skin).

Please research this disorder!

It's probably indigestion but if it does not subside go have it checked out.  Tums won't work for indigestion.  Try pepto bismol.

cant do pepto. Every time I take it comes back up right away.

It could also be gas.  Have you changed your diet?  Had more fiber today or in the last day or two than you normally do?  Tums or anything like that wouldn't hurt and might help.
