It's called Power Jam, they hold it every year but with different artist. That year they had Ludacris, Paul Wall and about 2-3 others I can not remember.

 OMG....my sisters went to something call "Super Jam"

 

Then in the summer of 1977, a reformed Gypsy (without James Walsh) played as an opening act at "Super Jam 77" held at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri.
