Okay according to the University of Hamburg Germany...That if you hop on a bike and ride it for 1 to 2 hours a week you will notice improvement in your long term memory...While others who did stretching and exercises for the same amount of time noticed an improvement in there short term memory...While bike riding gets the heart to pumping and improves areas of your brain that is responsible for your memory and stretching boost areas that help you focus...

gotta get my daughter doing both of these immediately. she has such a horrible memory, both long & short term.
