Wow, WTF is wrong with customer service? *****UPDATE ADDED*******
Well, you would think in this economy they would kiss people's ass. I ordered online last night through the catering from Panera 15 sandwiches for dd's party. They are packaged in halves so 30 with chips etc. I did that last night.
I called today 3 hours early just to confirm. Well, they say they never got my online order. Continued to blame me asking me if I sent the order to another store blah, blah, blah (pretty sure it was the manager I was speaking to also). He said he couldn't do my order, lol. I said, can I just order the 15 sandwiches only. He said sure. Ok, its 3 hours before the party. So, I said they will be wrapped in the halves right? He said no, in full sandwiches. I said I didn't want them then and I yelled for my dd while I was on the phone "HEY, DO YOU WANT SUBWAY INSTEAD". She said yes and I told him I was going elsewhere. He said fine. I guess they won't be seeing us again. Anyone that works there my dd's know hates the place too. I worked at a sub shop and I know they could do 15 sandwiches before the 3 hours were up and wrap them up. He didn't want to. Subway was more than happy to give me 12 foot longs, cut in half and wrapped separately. I love Subway and its cheaper, ROFL.

We always strive to provide a wonderful meal, great service and a welcoming environment for our customers. When we fall short of that goal, we want to know about it. Your feedback will help us improve service for everyone who orders from or visits this bakery-café.
Your email has been forwarded to the General Manager, the District Manager and our Panera Catering representative for review and follow-up there.
For your disappointment, if you will reply by email with your postal mailing address, I will be happy to send you a Panera Gift Card so that you may have treats on us as a good will offer. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for delivery.
Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We do hope you will return to our bakery-café and give us another chance to serve you.
