My friend gave me cucumbers and peppersout of her garden... I fried it in a skillet and put it on white rice and as u can probably imagine it was pretty bland. What can I add to spice it up with for the next time?

Cumin! It's sort of smoky, you've had it in Mexican food.  Also, a squirt of lime would be good!  I also like adding some drained and rinsed black beans to a stir fry to bulk it up a bit, and it tastes great.

chili pepper flakes very yummy with fresh parmesan not the pre grated or the kraft powdered kind.  The red pepper flakes give it is kick.  Soy sauce, garlic, a little olive oil, pasta, butter, lemon.  You can make it however, just be creative.
