What do I do for this???

I think I pulled an abdominal muscle. I have some pain around the top part of my belly button and it's not that deep (like if it were intestinal or something like that) I've already iced it and taken some Motrin bit that only helped a little. It wouldnt be a biggie if I just had to lay off the abs for a bit but it's pretty darn sore when I try and do cardio too (I eat way too much to skip the cardio!!!) anyone done this before??? Suggestions???

I just checked online, and it seems you're doing everything right.  Ice, ibuprofen (or another NSAID), and rest are the best home remedies for a muscle strain.

I do those same things for muscle strains, and so I can't think of anything else either.

Eat light for a few days and let that muscle mend. You may have to rest up.  Sorry that you got hurt.

lol ok don't do that. I can't think of anything that you haven't already done,  just rest the muscle, I hope it stops hurting soon!

 rest up....and you will bounce right back in a day or so!
