I think I pulled an abdominal muscle. I have some pain around the top part of my belly button and it's not that deep (like if it were intestinal or something like that) I've already iced it and taken some Motrin bit that only helped a little. It wouldnt be a biggie if I just had to lay off the abs for a bit but it's pretty darn sore when I try and do cardio too (I eat way too much to skip the cardio!!!) anyone done this before??? Suggestions???
