My husband is going to Louisiana tomorrow to help. Think of him please.
Him and a couple other guys from the fire dept have been called to go and help. I'm so proud of him but so worried too. Please think of him, pray, send good energy or dance naked in a field, whatever you do. I want him to be safe and come home quickly.

My husband is already there. He was sent to Florida on Saturday and has basically been chasing the storm. He stayed in Alabama last night and should be getting in Louisiana right about now. He is an electrical lineman, he will help get poles/electrical lines back up to get people's power back on. I am thinking of them all! It is so dangerous.

my dad went after katrina. make sure to send plenty of bottle water, clean clothes and tobacco products if he uses them, those were the hardest thing for my dad to get for about a month. due to power & water outages and no deliveries. my dh is a trucker who goes to laplace and chalmette about 3 times a week and they have been told it may be two weeks before they can get back into the area. praying for your dh!
