I don't see anything wrong with you at all, but if you feel your belly is jiggly and your thighs are ginormous, then the only way to change that really is to work out. Check out this group for ways to sneak exercise into your daily routine:

Your shirt and jeans look fine. I can't see anything else past that. For belly tightening, you need to work out. It doesn't even matter how thin you are, that's a part that must be worked out. Take 5 minutes a day to do that and you'll see the changes soon. Pretty much the same deal with legs but if you do some walking every day, it'll help.

There is no way to do it without working out.

If you have time to write a post on Cafemom, you have time to work out.

You can't do it without working out & it only takes maybe 5 minutes to do some squats & lunges :)

You might want to check out Denise Austin's "Pilates for Every Body". She has a video and a book and gives quick 5 to 10 minute exercises that you can do. She gives "body part specific" exercises as well. =)

Even a few minutes of toning is better then nothing. And diet is a big part of it. I'm sorry to sound harsh but your body isn't magically going to change without exercise. I understand not having time. Get some weights and workout tapes or lool up some quick workouts you can do at home.
