dear UPS....
while i understand you happen to be behind because it's christmas season.
but my package was due YESTERDAY at 7PM, wasn't because it some how didn't get unloaded, that falls on YOU, not me.
then you send me a notifaction text, telling me it'll be here by 715AM, so my fat lazy ass gets up, my family likes to sleep, daughter included.
so now i've been up, on little sleep.
waiting on something, that should've been first on your list.
now you are telling me, it'll be here by 9pm? because thee driver who has my package is 88, yes 88 stops before me........when there have been FIVE, yes FIVE trucks that passed my house since i've been awake.
next time train your workers to do their jobs....
thus the reason why i never us UPS...i like fedex.
They get really super busy this time of year.
