How many kids did you think you'd have? How many do you actually have?

When I was newly married, I thought we'd have five children eventually.

But we ended up only having four.

I always wanted 2. I now have 2 plus 2 soon to be step kids. I am finished.

I wanted 3 but only have 1.....my daughter made up for it though with 4 kids of her own.......I'm good ;)

I think I would have a household before I truly thought it was enough.  Sadly God had different plans and blessed us w/only 4.

When my dh and I met we both wanted 8....yeah I know crazy lol.... when we got married a few years later we said 4 was a good number. we have 4 right now, 3 boys ages 4, 6, and 8 and a 15 month daughter. We may go one more in hopes of having a second daughter in the next year or two, dh thought he was done but a pregnancy scare last cycle made us reconsider again.
