I'm watching Source Code and I love Jake Gyllenhall (spelling?). Just thought about his other movies and wondering if anyone else liked Brokeback Mountain. I loved it, my husband won't watch it...LOL. Most men can't handle man love...lol

I totally get that "once is enough" movie thing. I have seen plenty of those kinds of movies myself. I haven't seen the entire movie more than once but sometimes if its on I will watch it from wherever I catch it at, if I'm able to sit and watch something that is.

I really liked that movie.  Excellent acting, especially by Heath Ledger; a very talented person, gone way too soon.

No, never watched it. Funny story though. I was on a military base and every time a movie came out the shelves were wiped clean. Brokeback Mountain came out and there were only a few discs sold and the other shelves sat there full until the next movie came out and the cleared the shelves for it.

I saw it. I'm glad they made a movie like this...it shows that the negative stigma that goes along with homosexuality is NEVER going to stop. It's just not. It's a shame too.

The problem, in my very humble opinion, is that people are basing decisions about Human beings rights based on their SEXUAL PREFERENCE. I ams peaking now of gay marriage.

If sexual preference is such a big fucking deal, then please keep in mind that the guy hiding from his wife, pleasuring himself while looking at porn in which "grandma wears a strap-on and sodomizes the farm animal of his choice" may VERY well be the Deacon at your church. It's just something to think about.

This movie just adds to the notion that all gay people want to do is pounce on you from the trees above, hump you against your will, and hope the "gay" rubs off. It's not all about sex. Just as being straight, it isn't all about sex. Hate we lost Heath Ledger so soon.

I haven't. I want too. But I have a hard time watching health ledger movies now. Michele Williams was at my cousins wedding and my dd hung out with Matilda. And now ever time I try to watch his movies I get get really sad that that beautiful and amazing little girl will never see her dad again.

It's a love story and that's all it is.

People who love each other should be able to be together.
