I'm thinking of trying it but it's expensive. Does it work?
Today is my last day on Atkins phase 1, and I've lost 10 pounds. (I only wanted to lose 15.) I've broken my sugar cravings, but I'd still love to have a piece of toast with peanut butter. I don't miss dessert, but I miss bread and pasta.
It's not easy, but it's effective, and it's an amazing jump start.
If it worked your doctor would be suggesting you use it.
