Anyone a fan of Keen brand shoes? Question about sizing...

I have a pair of Keen brand shoes.  They are labeled a size 7.5, but I cannot tell if they are mens or womens.  Color is navy blue so that is no help.  Toe to heel they are approx 10".  BASED on the MEASUREMENT do you think they are womens shoes?  Does anyone have a ladies 7.5 to measure and compare?

I got these at the thrift store.  I plan on listing them on ebay, but need to know for sure that they are ladies.  I wear a 5 1/2 or 6 so they seem big to me.

I say women's.  Men usually have a black sole, and in the picture they look to be blue.

Those are mens. They do have a black sole. But so do most womens. Mine both have black soles and so do my daughters.
