an awareness ribbon color/design for orphans? I am researching this, but have not found one.

This site says white.  This site also says white (in Nov).  I saw a couple of other ones that also say white.

I cannot find a color specific to orphans, other than for adoption.  However, for the purpose of my project, I think it will fit.  White stands for both adoption and poverty; my fundraising involves getting medical care for intitutionalized orphans living in severe poverty, for whom the only long-term solution is adoption.

So... I will be going with white!
