I would like for as many people as possible to answer so we can all see how rare or not so rare this happens.

Feel free to share your experience

This is my experiences:
I was sexually abused by my brother who is two years older than me. it first happened when i was in 5th grade and ended in 7th grade.. He was my best friend and I felt so depressed and betrayed. I didn't tell my mom because when we were little kids she treated him badly and regretted it so much, she tried to be as nice to him as possible. I couldn't bare the thought of her turning in her own child or possibly worse, not care about the incidents and leave me feeling betrayed by her as well.
I was also molested by my younger half brother, when i was in 7th grade he was maybe in 3rd. He didn't know about what the older one had done and he lived with my dad who was an alcoholic and a horrible influence. I didnt know what to do, he was only a child and wanted to believe that he didn't know what he was doing, but I knew because of what he saw growing up, he very well DID know what he was doing. it happened twice and was and still am embarrassed about it happening so I never told ANYONE about him.
SO knows about my older brother only.
One other experience that I somewhat surpressed and never talked about is that when I was maybe in 1st grade, me and my 2 older brothers and older sister use to watch porn that my parents had "hidden" away.. I honestly dont know if anything more happened from that but it stopped about 2 years later when my parents officially seperated. This has scarred me so badly, we never talk about it and it upsets me so much because I remember sometimes not wanting to watch it cause it made me feel sick to my stomach as it still does now just thinking about it.

i was molested by my step father for 10yrs. it happened for the age of 3 to the age of 14. it ended when i was pregnant with his twin daughters. my mom kept asking who the father was i kept telling her that i could not tell her but yes i knew who the father was. well when they were born they both had they had the same birthmark on their left inner ankle like he has. so after that everyone knew. as a formality they had to do a DNA test just to be sure. he was charged with a total 24 counts. he pleaded out served 5 yrs in prison, 15 yrs probation. they were born the 17th of march 2002. (yes i kept MY daughters)

I was molested and raped multiple times by my older cousin from the time I was 5 until I was 14. The first time it happened I told, but he said I was lying and that I had raped HIM. I was whipped and grounded and told to never talk about it again, ever. He was about 9.

When I was 18 my roommates pressured me into drinking, and I'm a freaking pushover so I did. I ended up blacking out and woke up in my roommate's brother's bed. Roommate stopped talking to me for "taking advantage" of her brother, even though he'd had only one beer. He raped me twice more when I was sober before I finally moved out.

When I was 20 I was dating a man who was extremely jealous. He came home from work one day and said the apartment smelled like sex and I must have cheated on him (my other roommate had messed around with HER bf). He beat me and raped me repeatedly, then left me to sleep on the couch with no pillows or blankets. He took MY bed.

The rest of the men I was with is kind of blurred. I'd gotten to the point where I just didn't care anymore and didn't think I was worth anything. There was no real way for me to give consent.

I never reported any of it. I was pretty much taught from a young age that no one would believe me so there was no point.
