First off my hat is off to you. You are amazing. I have almost no experience with special needs children except being around a few sweet souls briefly, here and there in my life. My question is about your experiences with health care professionals or others in any aspect of care for your children. I have a teenager who has not yet chosen a career path. The few special needs children that have been in her schools both middle and high school have gravitated to her naturally. She is a compassionate and giving and gentle, with a pure heart for helping others and standing up for what is right. She and I would like to know what kind of people and their professions have made a difference in your lives? We don't know the various aspects of professionals that you might deal with. But we would love if you could list a few that we can explore as possible career paths for her. Thank you for your time! I know it is precious.
