I'm ready for sunshine, clear skies, flowers in bloom, piña coladas by the pool, late nights with friends, cookouts, no homework to worry about for two whole months, vacation at the beach with white sand and beautiful ocean sounds, flip flops and shorts, warm breezes, and evening thunderstorms. Did I forget anything? Am I the only one sick of this blah weather?
I'm ready for it to warm up. We have old single pane windows and I'm tired of the cold.

I'd love the drinks by the pool, but really winter seems like it only just arrived here.
I will say though, that I am very much missing my flip-flops.
The only time I feel my fingers and toes are when I wake up in the morning. The rest of the day, I'm a Popsicle! :(
I am currently snowed in, with some more on the way Sunday. So yes, I am ready for anything other than Winter!

YES! I love Oregon, but when it gets to this time of the year, well.... I just end up missing So Cal and how it was always sunny. I can't wait to bring my son to the beach again. Last year he was only 6 months old. So he would play in the sand, but wasn't walking around yet. Now he can actually run around and play in the sand.
I walked outside this morning to go on a quick car trip with a girlfriend. I was shocked to see a large orange thing in the sky blinding me with the brightness! I wanted to drop to my knees and praise the sun gods right then and there. Summer's almost here!! :)
