Funny how no one wants to read how well other women are doing.
Personally I would like to say good job :)

No life plan, I had a rough time in my early 20s, then I went back to school and was working for the next six years. I started as a bookeeper and worked my way up to a Staff Accountant and then took my C.P.A. exams. It took me six years to finish a two-year Master's program because I was working at the same time. Just a lot of hard work, but it was definitely worth it.

I have to ask if you had a life plan and if so what age did you put it in place

Well good for you, I did this post as a cheers to all the Moms who are doing well. My Dad was a single parent and he raised me and my sister, I have serious respect for you.

Member on Feb. 24, 2013 at 11:39 PMThank gawd! So nice NOT to hear about how someone cant pay their heating bill or feed their family and in general, cry "poor little me!" and how their sucky life is not thier fault.
Why is it that its perfectly acceptable to cry out for help on finances or whatever sad tale of woe they have - but when someone that has their life together, priorities straight and is doing well for themselves and their family - some people on here get so nasty...
Good for you OP!
