I'm getting ready to go on vacation and would love some good book ideas. I've read hunger games, 50 shades series, women's murder club by James Patterson, the twilight series, and stephanie plum. So I'mlooking for something light and enjoyable, and funny. I loved Chelsea handler my horizontal life sO maybe something like that! Any suggestions???

1 mom liked this

I read Can You Keep A Secret and I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella and they're really funny.

The No Such Thing As... series by Shelly Fredman is somewhat similar to the Plum series.  I thought it was adorable.

Lately, I've been hooked on culinary mysteries.  All the ones I've read have been funny, and they usually come with some yummy recipes.  Some awesome authors in this genre are Tamar Myers, Leslie Meier, Joanne Fluke, Isis Crawford, Julie Hyzy, and G.A. McKevett.  Also, Parnell Hall's Puzzle Lady Mysteries are a riot!

Authors in bold are my favorites.
