I'm hoping her lawyer directs her to never step foot back in Europe and our government does not consider extradiction.  Enough is enough...blessings to her family...

That poor girls been through the damn ringer enough....

She has good lawyers......there is no way she will step foot in Italy again. And I dont see the US govt allowing it. She is a US citizen and we have double jeopardy laws. The ONLY reason the want to try her yet again is bc of her book money and the fact they mistreated her in custody and the book details that

First it goes to a judge. Not a new trial. The botched evidence is still botched. You cannot fix that. Italy is corrupt too. I lived there. I would never return if I was her.

i think governments should be allowed to retry if, and ONLY if there is new valid real evidence, like real DNA or video or something that really puts the person as the killer; but just to try to convinve a jury with the same stuff, no!

This makes me sick after everything they put her through, its enough, its pretty simple if you live with someone your dna is mixed together, you use each others stuff, seems abusive and like they need more publicity over it or something, leave them alone....
