For a five year old's birthday party.  There will be parents with their kiddo's too.  it's from 1:00-3:30 and in the invite we specified refreshments and the usual cake/ice cream.  It is going to be about 55 degrees and in a huge barn/park shelter.  No refrigeration and no electric. 

I can throw together a meal easy peasy...but this whole what kind of snacks thing is leaving me with severe brain flatulence.... help ladies... I need a lot of help.

For me I think cake/Ice Cream and drinks are all that is needed for a Birthday party. If you think you need to do more chips and dip would be good or cookies. i really don't see the need for more than that.

I think a few snacks is fine. A party at 1 I had lunch before. I do not expect a meal.
