I get that from allergies/sinus issues. I feel dizzy too. I actually had to have a scan of my sinuses it was so bad.

Stress! A few ideas at home to try-

1. Sit down and breath deep. Take a deep breath and as you breath out, think about different body parts relaxing. Weird, but it did help me!

2. Peppermint tea.... Or something with lavender in it. My suggestion- go to a tea store (without the kiddos) and try them out. The loose leaf teas are SOOOO much better then the bagged teas. If you have to do a bagged tea though, go to www.stashtea.com. Theirs is good.

3. Take one night out and just go walk or swim with a friend. If you like it and it is relaxing, maybe one a week? That little reprieve is amazingly helpful. And you've got something to look forward to.

4. An hour long massage by a professional. Totally worth the money.

5. Chiropractic is also very helpful. If you don't know who to go to, talk to people near you about who they go to. I really like people who've graduated from Palmer. I like the technique.

Those are just some of the things I had to do for me when I started getting headaches that wouldn't leave and neausea so bad I couldn't eat ANYTHING for weeks. Being diabetic, that's not a good option.... Praying for you!
