Do you think it's okay for boys to wear pink?

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post

So my son and I went shopping because he needed some new clothes and his tastes (he's 6) run towards the preppy, so we got him some khaki shorts and some polo shirts and one of them he picked out was a pale pink. We got home and my husband FLIPPED!

Do you think it's okay for boys to wear pink?

I think pink is just fine.  Its the new "in" for boys to wear pink, whether you're "gay" or "straight".

I honestly think it's ok. It's a color! Girls wear blue so what's the difference?

Of course it's ok.

Do you know that pink used to be a boy color? Until the 1940's, blue was the girl color and pink was the boy color.

My sons have the perfect skin tone for pink. Makes thier skin look so healthy. And purple and sky blue and a teal/grey. My youngest loves pink. He says he likes girls and I've seen him holding hands... anyways I don't care either way.

Yes, I think it's perfectly fine. My husband wore a pink tie for our wedding :)
